LOREE hALE

Loree Hale was born in Sunset, Utah, the youngest of ten children.  Being born into a large family, she developed a love for family quickly and grew up to have one son of her own, adopt five boys, and adopt two girls.  Loree's heart for others shows through in the many positions she's held in life, her favorite being the work that she did taking care of Autistic children for over twenty years.  Loree met God for the first time when she was 45 years old and was saved and delivered at the same time.  But due to church hurt, she quickly found herself out of the church and entangled back into the same things that she'd been delivered from.  God brought City of Mercy Empowerment Church into her life and she's been walking in deliverance and plans to do so for the rest of her days.  Her mission is to let people know that even if you've experienced hurt in the church, there are cities of mercy all over the United States who are there to take in God's children who are sick, afflicted, hurting, or need to experience God's love without judgement.

Sometimes unbeknownst to herself, Arstina has been groomed for ministry from an early age.  She spent a large majority of her life facing chronic health conditions, aiding in her move from Northwest Arkansas to Kansas City, MO.  It is through extreme and constant pressure that beautiful diamonds are created, and it is through these same kinds of pressures of life and adversities that she expectantly trusts in God to make a beautiful product of her life story.  "The trials we experience in life are not for us, but rather meant to teach us a lesson, lend perspective, and give us compassion for one another and it is this understanding that gives me joy in the midst of storms to know God is using me to minister through my own personal hurt and pain to help others."  Passionate about the kingdom of God, her move to Kansas City was a divine appointment, leading her to City of Mercy Empowerment Church where she continues to study the kingdom of God and share it with others.  She is owner and creator of Gaston Enterprises, specializing in information technology and marketing.  She is also co-founder of Hands Up NWA, a not for profit community initiative created to bring awareness and institute solutions to social justice issues specifically affecting the Black community.  In her free time she is a tech nerd, prankster, and Little Debbie connoisseur.
